Basecamp isn't displaying a new Africa Map after Win install

I'm using a Windows 8.1 laptop and I downloaded a map of southern africa. I clicked on the windows installer and I assume it worked but nothing visible happened, and the map doesn't appear in Basecamp. I've downloaded maps from other sites successfully.

Where did you download this particular map? What installer are you referring to?
