I presume you're referring to the legend for the "standard" map style. Unfortunately there isn't a 100% up-to-date map legend anywhere. You can get a bit of an idea on the main map by clicking the "i" at the right-hand side, though some of those are a bit out of date ("highway=unsurfaced" is no longer rendered on the standard map, for example). Your best bet currently is probably this wiki page.
