Random patches in Map- Can anyone explain why this issue?

Please help me on how to clear this issue. See images to understand the issue.

Location is IIT Delhi, New Delhi, India.

That typically happens when a large area has been changed from one landuse to another, and the tile servers struggle to catch up. In this case someone changed the university to be a building and then not a building again.

That are tiles that still show the old rendering. I saw the same weird patched, but after clearing the cache of my browser, the problem was gone.

Looks like a change to the style of the map that has affected a large area. Those patches are probably old tiles. It could be cached by your web browser, so clearing your cache can help. Or the tile servers haven't rerendered the tiles yet, in which case wait a day or two.
