Why not ask your question on the new OpenStreetMap Community Forum?

I've about 2000 speed camera coords wanna add them to OSM,but not manually because its a little boring. There a way to do this the easy way? a script? a file?

Before mass adding information of such kind please check whether you are really the copyright holder of the information or whether you have downloaded or otherwise acquired the information from somewhere / someone. In the latter case you should not upload the information without proper permission by the copyright holder to publish the information under a free license (in our case CC-BY-SA 2.0 currently and ODbL in the near future).

Therefore, as a first step please read the Copyright notice and The Beginner's Guide .

Data imports - where someone has data for us but there's nobody to maintain the data once in OSM - are not universally welcomed in OSM. You must meet certain requirements (e.g. discuss your planned import on the appropriate mailing list) before you can proceed. Have a look at the Imports wiki page which links to these requirements and also lists available software.

I'd also say it's highly unlikely that these coordinates will be of the accuracy required to place them on the correct side of the road, so they would need manual adjustment before adding them to OSM in any case.
