mapquest nominatim/xapi APIS - Are they free to use to will they come under any licence

Hi All,

I have found the following APIs are useful for us . But i wanted to know are these APIs free to use or any license associated

http://open.mapquestapi.com/nominatim/v1/reverse?lat=48.888320&lon=2.249920

http://open.mapquestapi.com/xapi/api/0.6/way/14310041

Any help would be highly appreciated

Both are provided by MapQuest, obviously. Please read their terms of use.

And also be aware that MapQuest were recently acquired and have outsourced mapping activities to MapBox. These services may not be supported in the future.
