How to download tiles of particular place and how to render map with using of this downloaded data

Hi..

I tried OSM JTileDownloader-0-4-0.jar file to download tiles but am getting forbidden error.I tried many ways to generate map in offline but not succeeded. can anyone please help me to generate map in offline using of javascript.

Please see the wiki page about JTileDownloader. Scraping tiles from OSM's tile servers is against their tile usage policy. Therefore JTileDownloader has been blocked.

There are various alternatives:

Download tiles from a different tile server, for example the ones provided by MapQuest. They usually have less strict usage policies.
Render your own tiles, for example by using TileMill or Maperitive
Choose a commercial tile provider.
