How to set last workday of the month in opening_hours?

I don't think there is syntax support for first/last weekday of the month. You could use a comment:

Fr-Sa 18:00-06:00; "Closed last workday of each month."; PH off

Which isn't perfect, but it gets the information to a human looking at the entry.
