When viewing the transport layer, it's showing bus numbers that start with a number, not not those routes that start with a letter. More and more bus routes seem to be going in the style of letter-number-number such as B23 and L2 - is there a way to get the transport layer to show the numbers on these routes? asked 23 Jun '15, 19:10 ser22 |
The transport layer is a product of http://www.thunderforest.com/ you need to submit a bug report with them (or rather with Andy) http://www.thunderforest.com/contact/ answered 23 Jun '15, 19:52 SimonPoole ♦ 3
Thanks, that worked a treat. They have identified that there might be a bug with the mapnik rendering library with routes that involve loops, and they are working towards the fix.

Have a look at Öpnvkarte as an alternative. If you compare a typical urban area with the same area on the transport layer, there are several more route numbers including some with letter prefixes. answered 24 Jun '15, 20:38 Wynndale 1
Unfortunately that website seems to be way out of date, it's showing stuff I know were removed over a year ago, and for changes made in the last year, it's 50/50 on whether it shows or not in the various zoom levels, with fragmented tiles making it appear quite atrocious. Pity really, as it would have been great otherwise.
