I'm developing a mobile app, and I would like to know how to be able to show a openstreetmap (cached from the server) on the app. Android and iPhone please.

That's a really broad question...

If you have a look at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Main_Page there's a big "Software Development" heading. I'd start reading there.
