i want to edit the open street map around my city. But i miss icons in the edit Mode for veterinary and more specific healthcare objects. Is it possible to add these icons?

By the way. Why is there not for each object the possibility to add a web adress. Is it possible to add these feature for each object?

I assume you are talking about the online Potlatch-2 editor.

The range of icons displayed ('presets') can be extended, but requires work on a) creating suitable icons, b) adding them to the style sheet, and c) testing them & incorporating such changes into the code base. If you have the skills to contribute this I am sure the developers would welcome assistance.

In the meantime you can add vets and other healthcare POIs through using the Advanced mode of the editor which allows free form text entry of key-value pairs. For vets amenity=veterinary will work. There are suggestions for very elaborate tagging of aspects of healthcare on the wiki, but be warned, that there is little to no support for such information in renderers and other data consumers.

One of the off-line editors, JOSM, offers additional presets for health.

Lastly you can add website address using the advanced tab using the key website. OpenLinkMap visualises such entries.

Just to add some helpful links to the OSM wiki for other editor programs:
