Is there a way to tab to the next address field in the OSM browser editor (iD)?

Currently (v1.7.2) the focus goes into nirvana when entering a street name and then pressing tab.

For me it works fine. If I add an address field it points me to the street field first and with tab I can walk to housenumber etc.
Can you try to flush/reset your browsers cache please?

Does it work for you for houses that do not have street nor house number yet?

Tested quick, and I agree it is an issue sometimes. It has been reported, but there's been no action on it. Maybe you could add a comment? https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues/2320
