How do I download a map in a large format |

You could try MapOSMatic? Or you can download the data files directly and use software like Mapertive to generate an image in your own style. |

If not, you probably need to explain what you mean by a "map". do you mean a file that you can print, something that a phone or a satnav will understand, or something else?
