Export: grey field / delete Parkingsymbol

I exported a map with the extend 12.02 - 12.17 and 49.05 - 49.00. I used Mapnik format and save it as a jpeg in 1:24000. As I opend the picture in ArcGIS a third of it was grey. How could I fix it?

I also would like to know how to export a map without parkinglotsymbols.
