The bridge has been build to resist a flood every now and then, but if flooded you could expect the bridge to be impassable. Should it be tagged and if so how ? |

Those are real bridges, but they are designed to be used when the water level is low, then built to allow the water to flow over them when the water level is high. Again, read the wikipedia page. From the Google translation of the Dutch page you linked to, that seems to be how this bridge is described. If so, bridge=low_water_crossing would be the correct OSM tag. 1
Thanks, changed accordingly, I imagined and Irish or British river crossing by that term.

In theory you could use a conditional restriction, but for something as irregular as a flood it's probably not worth more than a note=* tag (unless the flooding is "more likely than not to happen every jan-feb" for example). Like traffic jams, it probably is information that OSM isn't suited for. |

No its a real bridge, as placed outside the dikes of the river IJssel and it could be flooded when theres a lot of water coming in from Germany over the river Rine.
