Making changes

I have been making changes to OSM, so that I can have a more detailed map, but the changes don't appear on the map. Why?

See the FAQ section I have just made some changes to the map. How do I get to see my changes?

To summarize: It takes a while for the map tiles to get rendered.

Or you can use an offline render like Maperitive and see your changes right away.
