please, revert this changeset. I thought it was a way that somebody lay down just for fun, but when I looked at the bigger map, I realised that it is the border between 2 cities

Yes this "way" was a part of two admin relations (borders) and two postcode relations. I have reverted your change, all fine again. Have a look (in your editor) at this border "way" again now. You should be able to see its tags and relation memberships.
