Share Function Fails every time

I have been trying to "share" a portion of a map as an SVG file since yesterday but every time I attempt to make the file I get "Error

The server is too busy at the moment. Please wait a few minutes before trying again."

This has been going on for 2 days. Not sure what the issue is.
