What's the best way to tag a shop for safety equipment, like: fire extinguishers, goggles, safety helmets, work jumpsuits/uniforms, first aid kits, safety lights, smoke detectors, fire alarms, medical oxygen?

Either shop=safety or shop=safety_equipment. Both are already in use with 'safety' being used 13 times and 'safety_equipment' 5 times.
