[closed] I'm getting Bandwidth limit exceeded as response

Hi, I'm getting Bandwidth limit exceeded as response from the OSM Server. Is there any limit on daily basis? If any related documents available at the moment?

Also What is the procedure to use the paid version of the OSM?

Please help me out.
