I'm currently working on a project linked to Louisiana State. On a newspaper web page http://ici.radio-canada.ca/nouvelles/international/2014/08/27/009-francophones-louisiane-langue-francaise-nouvelle-generation.shtml, I found a few informations created by you which I'd like to use.

How can I download the file. a part is dedicated to a blog, so how can I indicate the copyrights ?

Thank you.

Looking at the web page, it seems the base layer is from OpenStreetMap and properly credited by the creator of the graphic. But there is a data layer on top with that data from another source. My guess is the copyright for the combined map is with the people who created that combined map. See "collective databases" part of the legal FAQ at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Legal_FAQ#3d._If_I_use_your_data_together_with_someone_else.27s_data.2C_do_I_have_to_apply_your_license_to_their_data_too.3F

I don't speak French, but it looks like the people who created the map and are thus the people to contact for information on where to download and how to get permissions are probably http://ici.radio-canada.ca/
