Hello,

I just signed up to OpenStreetMap. There is a problem using my iPhone/wifi with the service. The webpage has what looked like a compass arrow icon. I pressed that icon thinking my current location would be provided by the iPhone I use, to the web app, the end result being my current location appearing on the map. The app responded with an error popup:

"Geolocation error : User denied Geolocation."

Was I correct in my assumption and if so, do I need to do anything?

Has anyone constructed an iOS 7.1.2 compatible app? I opened an iOS app (Route Map) that offers OpenStreemaps an an option among several. One of the features that stand out are the green highway signs. Unfortunately, in that app, the rendering is too small.

Thank you, Jim Julian

To fix the first bit, have a look in settings / privacy / location services.

and about the second bit:

See the OSM wiki about Apple iOS to get a list of all apps that are related to OSM.

If you know one that is missing in the wiki list, let us know!
