East Jerusalem street names

I have noticed that, in the main OSM map, many street names in East Jerusalem are in Hebrew (to give an example Salah Al-Din Street). Shouldn't they be in the local language, i.e. Arabic?

Should you need to change them to the local language:

Thank you for the links! I had actually read the OSM guidelines, but couldn't find a definitive answer. They state that, in case of controversies, the "on the ground" principle should apply, i.e. what street signs use. But in this case the signs are in three languages: Hebrew, Arabic and English...
