[closed] Finding GPX tracks by location

Hello I would like to see all existing GPX tracks made by users of a certain location, eg the island of Crete displayed or indicated on the corresponding OSM map (a bit like with Garmin Adventures in Garmin BaseCamp). I asked the question before: apparently this does not seem possible. Maybe I am missing something. I sure think this would be a very useful feature to have.
