traces flagged as pending but usable

I've just mapped some paths using trace uploaded at least 12 hours ago but strangely it is still showing as pending along with quite a few other pending traces,why?

I have also wondered about this and don't know if the maintainers are aware of it. I mentioned it on IRC a few hours ago and no one responded to it.

Platform status on the wiki reports most things are ok, including what I think represents the traces on that page, 'GPX uploads'.

I'm holding off on modifying the platform status because I'm not sure of the proper procedure to edit it.

I since found that i/we can use our uploads while they are pending without problems,thought this may me of interest to those eager to edit.
