How to tag a slaughterhouse / abattoir / meatworks ?

Hey,

Another "how to tag"-question. What about slaughterhouses also called abattoirs or meatworks?

Thirst thing that came to my mind:

man_made=works
product=meat

Sounds a bit ferocious, right? But I guess that's what it is.

Which tag would you choose?
