I get a osm map with XML format. i want to show it as a picture on my own website. Is there a tool can help me process the XML file?

This question looks very similar to this one: https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/3927/how-to-show-the-osm-file-on-my-own-website

What would you like to know that's not answered in that thread?

Just because you don't like the answer doesn't mean that asking it again will magically change the answer.

You could use Gimp: make a new file, create a text field, copy your XML into it, save as png or jpg and you're done: you got a xml-format map as a picture.
