Search for address on region with multiple streets with same name

Around one city there are several smaller towns but they have several streets with same name.

If buildings in first city has address number and query uses this number, nominatim search will return only street (building) from first city and it will not return other two streets (with same name) from two surrounding towns because theirs street buildings don't have numbers.

How to formulate query to get correct place (building) from fist city with two other's streets from two other's cities?
