Here's a comparison image of the same tile on each install: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vh59vziqw0o0emo/anomaly.png Notably the Laptop is Windows 8, and the Desktop is Windows 7... but that's the only significant difference between the two. Each was a fresh install with all associated files (i.e: the tile cache) being flushed. Settings are identical. |
