"where i should start for using open street map"? Definitely at the "apps" section of our wiki page about iOS. Of course, also just visiting a website like https://www.openstreetmap.org/ works too. And, just view the list of old iOS questions here – there are quite very similar questions.

I am not sure what exactly you mean by "using", if you mean editing OSM too, then you need to look at those apps which provide editing features (also a table there). You might be able to also use the default editor ("iD") on https://www.openstreetmap.org/ with your browser app, although this will not be very comfortable. A short mobile-specific intro/guide is at http://learnosm.org/en/mobile-mapping/ (the text there. The list of the apps is not useful for you since it is Android only).

For using OSM PocketEarth is my go to program, with OpenMaps a close second. For editing OSM GoMap! Is awesome.
