I'm working in Geauga County (Ohio USA) and have noticed that some of the county borders, many of which fall on highways, are not placed this way on OSM. These border roads are accurately placed to the Bing images, but the county line is not falling on them as it should.

For example here, the county line should fall on Radcliff Road but is shown about 25m south. https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/41.64101/-81.17418

So my question is, which is wrong? The boundary or the road (and imagery? Or should I not worry about it?

unigami you should raise the issue with the local community on the talk-us list https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-us .

The county borders in the US tend to be from different sources, some of them from old imports and are "sometimes" a mess. There is likely better data available, but as said consult with the US community first.
