Hi everyone, I have a suggestion about language list. I'm trying to add arabic translations for all the cities in Algeria, the problem is I have to scroll through the list to find Arabic. Can you plz put preferred languages (which can be selected elsewhere) at the beginning of the list so users can find them faster ? As far as I understand, Arabic is the official language in Algeria. This means that I would expect the standard "name" tag to reflect Arabic, with a potential "name:fr" or "name:en" or "int_name" thrown in for variants in other languages. If you want to open a feature requests against the iD editor which is used on openstreetmap.org, then https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD would be the best place for that. answered 29 Oct '14, 20:47  Frederik Ramm ♦ 1 Yes it is the official language, but most of map users and editors prefer use French, so I am trying to translate everything.
