Trace will not upload. Is there a site malfunction?

I have just repeatedly attempted to upload a GPX trace from my WIN PC to OSM and each time the system asks me to select the file. The file loads and displays on my PC with GPXPrune and it did work when I tried it via iD. I notice that the most recent uploaded was five hours ago, so I guess there is a fault.
