I have discovered a minor glitch in the iD editor. If you are zooming in, it hops over scale 22 and goes straight from 21 to 23. If you're zooming OUT, however, it properly stops on scale 22. So, to get to 22, you've gotta zoom in to 23 and then back out one. I suspect this is just a typo in the code somewhere.

Bug reports are great and developers love them. Thank you.

However, this is a question-asking site, not a bug-reporting site. You can report bugs in iD at the developer site, which in this case is github: github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues
