Hi ManuelJohannes, welcome. Tracks is a tricky definition. What kind of tracks, with guidance along the track or your own walks through the world ? Guided tracks can be uploaded, but OSM should not be your own track collection. Read these lines as well http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Beginners%27_Guide ,with some guidance and ways how to handle the upload of your tracks it depends on the way youve collected them.
