Could you add a bit more detail to the question?

Are you asking about a particular website or application, and if so which one?

If you're asking about the "openstreetmap.org" website, then one of the unlabelled options at the right-hand-site (the chevron) will ask your browser for its current location, which should work in mobile browsers.
