Keep tile server up-to-date only a specific area

I have my own OSM tile server for Germany. I update every hour with Osmosis (openstreetmap-tiles-update-expire). In this case, however, the entire globe and not just Germany is being updated. Is it possible to restrict the update to a specific area?
