There is a building which has no Wikipedia article, but has a Wikimedia Commons category full of pictures.

How can I link to this information?

There is a draft for a key that allows you to link Wikimedia Commons categories, wikimedia_commons. It is still very new and not supported anywhere, but it might become more popular.

You can also reference the category indirectly if there is a Wikidata item linked to it.
