I am trying to fix a map from Runkeeper. In RunKeeper I click on the map I want to adjust and go to Open street map. it then starts with a a Map of Europe. When I click zoom it goes black. All I want to do is adjust the run keeper map for more accurate times. Please make this a simpler process.

I am not sure if I understand you correctly – could you please explain those parts with more words? "fix a map from Runkeeper" and "go to Open street map. it then starts with a a Map of Europe".

You can always go to osm.org proper to fix problems with osm data. See the beginner's guide.

On the other hand, if it's a runkeeper-specific issue (what "more accurate times" are you talking about ?), you'll need to take your question to the runkeeper devs/community.

I think this is the wrong place to report bugs of Runkeeper. While Runkeeper might display a map with OSM data, OSM is not responsible for the app. I can't find a contact address on the Runkeeper website, but maybe the app contains a contact address.
