I came across a highway shortcut between opposite ways of a motorway or express highway and realize that a rail line has the same thing like a switchboard every now and then. These shortcuts are closed by removable obstacles like safety guardrails, Jersey barriers or chains connected to concrete elements. Together with a sign no trespassing or no way through. These ways are used in case of emergency, to let the traffic through to the opposite side of the way.

I see no reason not to add them, naturally including the barriers with corresponding access tags.

Just curious, they're not many of them visible on ways nor raillines.
