I found this recently created node and don't know what it's all about: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3045576486#map=19/47.67664/9.38310 The user is new. Is that the explanation for this - in my opinion - useless tag or is there a reason behind "trafficLevel"?

Have you talked to the user about it?

In the case of new users mapping things "unusually" I normally send a polite welcome message that also mentions odd tagging "as an afterthought". I'd certainly avoid words like "useless".
