How to make this map self-learning? If the mobile application identified my location via GPS,will the map remember this address?

what is "this map"? Which "mobile application"? Could you please explain?

Mobile application for taxi, I work in the taxi and we develop our own app.

So it's your app that should learn to remember the position of the user, not OSM. This is normally achieved by putting some data (the position in this case) in a browser cookie or something in your app, which is read next time the user uses your app.

YuliaPro, the map or database isnt self-learning, the mapper (you) has to be selflearning instead.
