If we send you the map complemented by us, what will happen next? How will you check it for accuracy and correctness? If you check and all will be right, how quickly this information will appear on the server?

I am not sure that I fully understand. Could you please explain what you mean by "send you the map complemented by us"?

Everything that you edit becomes live on OpenStreetMap immediately. There's no review process (though other mappers may of course edit it if they spot any problems after it has gone live and been shared with all other OpenStreetMap users).

The answer to this previous question might help to provide a little more detail.

Yulia please try to read the manual at the link I gave you earlier, there are a lot of answers on almost any question you might have on OSM. Use for instance P2 or ID (if your mobile) carefully and your changes will almost immediately occur on the map step by step, but it depends, so no guarantees.
