What do you mean by "for us"? Do you want to add stuff that is not useful for others? Do you want to add private areas?

Of course not. I want to add those addresses that will be useful to all.

Okay, fine! So I understand that you want to add addresses to their right position which are currently missing to the OSM database. Correct?

To help you further than what Hendrik wrote below, what is the source of your address/position data?

YuliaPro, do you mean the OSM map ? If so welcome, you have made an account, the first step and you are able to ad missing ways or names around your own town to improve the map, for starters. Please read the beginners guide to avoid mistakes and use the right tags (names and so on) for a way or building, follow this link, http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Main_Page . There is also a page, chapter 4, dedicated to the use of the editors used to ad material to OSM.
