Map both features of the station independently. Here's an example of a QuikTrip that has a convenience store and fuel. The key is that you have two separate physical features that you can tag as different amenities. You may recall how we tried to solve the case when the same building was a hotel and a gym. I ended up tagging it as a hotel and then dropping a POI node for the gym inside the outline. I am not sure I won't go back to splitting the building down the middle (attached, of course), and tagging each part. I think the elephant in the room is the question of why can't we tag the same feature as two different things? (07 Mar '11, 21:33) ponzu |
