In zoomlevel 19 my edits perfectly fit the aerial imagery, but when I zoom out to zoomlevel 18, the edits don't fit the imagery any more. Any suggestion what to do about this?

Zoom 19: http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit#map=19/44.26391/15.29172

Zoom 18: http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit#map=18/44.26409/15.29331

(Yes, I read http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Bing#Precision . But what do to when this happens=)

As you have probably guessed aerial images are sometimes a little miss-aligned. If there are a several GPX traces available you can drag the back ground image into alignment. Ideally you will need several GPX traces recorded over a few days, you will then see that some traces should be ignored as they will be inaccurate. If you are editing with Potlatch2 you can see all the traces by clicking on GPS, then GPS data, not your traces, although you can select both if you wish. alignment is changed by pressing the space bar and dragging the background. If editing with ID to see all traces click on layers (pile of paper) click on public GPX then a bit further down the list is fix alignment click on that then use the four arrows to adjust. Hope this helps. note it only stays adjusted for your edit.
