The building has a name of its own, on a named business park, an operator and an occupant or user. The occupants name is prominently on the outside of the building or sometimes even more. The business park name could go to the area with 7 units, but the Wiki is not very clear how to solve this.

The way I'd do it is to tag the building area with the name of the building, and tag the occupant's information (ie. business name, shop/amenity/etc.) on a separate node inside the building area.
