You can either read the documentation on the powerfull OpenLayers javascript library.

Or you can simply use a service as cartosm.eu

Nice one, Nicolas! (re: CARTOSM) It does not answer the original question re: who the poster can hire, but it does offer an attractive alternative for someone with rudimentary HTML skills.
