[closed] How do I create a C# application that can view some .osm data offline?

Hi, I want to use OpenStreetMap to make my C# sofoware.I have download my offline map data of *.osm file, and I only want to view the map in my software form, no need of routing and geocoding. Could you help me to share your simple case to me. Best wishes. My email is sukey1985@163.com
