I added a street many months ago & it appears on OpenStreetMap, but Craigslist isn't using the latest version apparently & it's not there. Any reason why this is happening? I'm getting no resolution at CL.

They probably have their own database instance of OSM-data. This means that they have to copy data from the main OSM server, which is driving osm.org, to keep the map on Craigslist up-to-date. When they do not do this, one will not see recents updates on their map.

The only team that can solve this problem is Craigslist. I'm sorry to hear they are not responsive

Just to confirm, Craigslist do seem to be using out of date map tiles - see this previous question.

It really comes down to how often CL updates their map. I have no idea what their update schedule is; as escada pointed out, only they can do anything about it. I know that the Osmand navigation app updates about twice a month, but that's the schedule chosen by the app's developers. CL almost certainly has a different schedule.
