Changes Not Saving

I tried to make 2 changes under Sanny1 but the system would not allow me to Save.

Can you help.

I can see you have tried a few times, without success. With some information from you maybe someone can help. What PC or device are you using? What editor are you using? are you creating ways( streets or roads) or points of interest? Are you then clicking on the save tab?!

… and: is sanny1 the right account we are looking at? What happened after you clicked save? Any error message? Any success message?

I have the same problem using the iD editor with Firefox on the iMac. I am able to edit but it hangs on the save and never completes....probably due to the browser settings? I swapped to Safari and all works fine. I suggest you try the other browsers.
